Shipping
1. We ship to worldwide. We will usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.(except holidays), “1-2 days” is handing time not arrival time, please don’t misunderstand. Before payment, you must make sure your payment shipping address is correct. Normally we ship as soon as possible, but we can’t promise the actual date you could receive because of the vary speed and policy of local customs ( since shipment are made by third parties) .

As we all know that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. For Expedited shipping(express shipping), If you want to use FedEx or DHL, you need to contact me to check whether your address is remote area or not, and check whether Volume weight is heavier than its actual weight, because for remote area address or Volume weight is heavier, you need to pay extra fees..If you want international Express post, please contact us. We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays)
Return Policy

1. We accept item returns for any reasons (such as you don’t like it, it is not your expected), But buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the item should has no damaged or modify, return back the whole package with tags together. as we don’t want to make dispute with buyer.
2. 15-day-warranty from the delivered date. Please send the photo of the item damage area via email, if it is not man-made damage or physical damage, we will replace a new one or We will refund in 100% money! We refund the payment, the item should be returned in original condition.
